For Windows
Ctrl + Alt on Windows when you launch Photoshop. It will give you a dialog box .In that select different Scratch Disk with more space
For mac OS
Press & Hold Cmd + Option on macOS.when you launch Photoshop. It will give you a dialog box .In that select different Scratch Disk with more space
